Barahdwari shopping complex and Multi level parking

This is commercial complex with multi level parking. This work was started on 1st April 2022 and the expected date of completion is 30th April 2023. The agencies working on this project are C&DS and U.P. Jal Nigam. The main objective of this project is to provide maximum utilization of spaces in terms of built area and open spaces, giving Aligarh an iconic symbol of its own, taking care of the traffic situation that arises with construction of such complexes, providing green spaces in the heart of such complexes which may later be developed as interactive spaces, taking care of the varying requirements of the shopkeepers, ensuring that no shop is considered to be having negative features and all the shops having exposure to the circulation aisles. Important Features of this project are green building, reduce traffic congestion of manor arterial roads and major junctions of old city, to improve living index, habitable environment, green courtyard, multi car parking, iconic lighting on façade and day light controlled lighting system.
